FOR SCIENCE STORE PRODUCTS

• 30 day change of mind refunds from delivery date. (All items must be
  in undamaged condition, in original packaging, with all accompanying
  items included). 

• 90 day change of mind exchanges accepted from delivery date. 

• 12 months warranty included with all products. (Replacement, store
  credit or refund offered).

FOR POSTAL DAMAGE

 

Contact us and provide some photos of the damaged product, and the damaged packaging so we can start the postal insurance claim, Keep or discard the damaged print and a new order will be sent out to you for free.

 

 

MICROSCOPY PRINTS

1. Covered by separate warranties based on archival rating (from  5-10 years warranty, from 40-110 years archival rating).

2.  contact us before purchase if you are going to use matting when framing your own print.

3. All images come with a 4 cm margin from the border to help ensure the full prints visibility. 

4. A matting board in a frame, or even a wide frame, can overlap parts of the print if not chosen correctly. If you find the scale bar and/or text on the enlargement is obscured by the frame or matting, contact us and we will exchange the Enlargement and send out a modified replacement, for free, at our discretion.

5. ​If you find your Enlargement not impactful enough in the area of it's placement, we are happy to process an exchange for a larger copy, the customer to pay the price gap.

6. Please refer to provided sizing charts, and test out the width of the enlargement size where it is to be viewed with a tape measure to help ensure ordering the correct size needed.

7. You may decide to exchange for the same image on a higher quality/different print material. In this case after you have returned the original purchase undamaged, you will be required to pay the difference between the original order and the more expensive order. In this case at our discretion to request an amount equal to the the printing/laminating cost of the original Enlargement and plaque.

8. ​All items must be in undamaged condition, in original packaging, with all accompanying items included.

9. Impulse Art & Photography reserves the right to retain the original printing cost of the product and cost for initial shipping.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

​

Customers are not required to return Enlargements with damages for valid warranty claims, please email customer service at customer_care@impulseart.com.au. Attach some photos of the damaged print so we can start the warranty replacement process, Keep or discard the damaged print and a new print will be sent out to you for free.
