This high resolution microscopic image of a single motor neuron was captured at 400x magnification using a 40x objective lens.

This amazing image provides a detailed look at the intricate structure of a bone, including contrast in size and appearance of the different areas of the bone, including spongy bone and compact bone.

It is perfect for any microscopy enthusiast or scientist who wants to get a closer look at this fascinating tissue. This image was another particularly difficult one to capture and post-process, but worth the effort.
